Chinese Society for the Promotion of Economic Theory - C-SPET

The Society was created to provide a forum for economists within China to share ideas and to address issues of public policy in matters related to economics and market economies. Meetings and conventions of the Society provide an important venue for spreading ideas through seminars and networking.

The Chinese Journal of Economic Theory (CJET) is an international academic journal published in China in close cooperation with economists in North America and Europe. The Journal is interested in publishing theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of mainstream economics, including but not limited to microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics, industrial organization, public economics, environmental and natural resource economics, and law and economics. The Journal particularly welcomes original contributions to the theories and applications of cooperative and non-cooperative games and information economics.

In addition, the Journal will also consider original papers in all fields of business and management science. Papers are welcome from related fields including accounting, finance, management information systems, operational research (including customer relationship and supply chain management), and marketing.

The Journal publishes papers in Chinese, English, or French. Since this is a general interest journal, it does not have a special preference for papers that address only issues directly related to China.
