The Chinese Journal of Economic Theory (CJET) is an international academic journal published in China in close cooperation with economists in North America and Europe. The Journal is interested in publishing theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of mainstream economics, including but not limited to Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Financial Economics, Industrial Organization, Public Economics, Labor Economics, International Economics, Environmental and Natural Resource Economics, Law and Economics, Economic History and Institutional Change. The Journal particularly welcomes original contributions to the theories and applications of cooperative and non-cooperative games and information economics.

In addition, the Journal will also consider original papers in all fields of business and management science. They include, but not limited to, Accounting, Finance, Management Information System, Operational Research (including Customer Relationship Management, Supply Chain Management) and Marketing.

The Journal publishes papers in Chinese, English, or French. Since this is a general interest journal, it does not have a special preference for papers that study China-related issues.
